Catering at Lower Smite Farm
We work with a number of local catering companies who provide a range of menus to suit your requirements.
Our caterers can supply a selection of buffet menus starting at £6.00 for a sandwich lunch. Organic and locally-sourced food can be supplied along with hot food if required.
All dietary requirements can be catered for.
Self-service refreshments can be made available.
Buffet options
All buffets are freshly prepared using locally produced bread. Sandwich buffets offer a selection of white, granary, wholemeal & tomato bread.
This is just a selection of what we can offer.
Basic buffet - £6.00+VAT per head
Sandwiches made with a wide variety of freshly baked bread, with a selection of meat, vegetarian and fish fillings. Served with Walkers crisps.
Standard buffet - £8.50+VAT per head
Sandwiches, bridge rolls and wraps with a wide selection of fillings. Served with Walkers crisps.
Choice of 2 savoury options from the following list:-
Meat: sausage rolls, chicken savouries, pork pies, scotch eggs, quiche Lorraine
Vegetarian: cheese & onion bites, red pepper & mozzarella, onion bhajis, sweet potato curry bites, spring rolls, samosas, quiche, cheese & onion, carrot & coriander, spinach & feta goujons (a mix will be given if no choice made)
Executive lunch - £11.50+VAT per head
Sandwiches, wraps and four savouries
Gluten Free Platter - £8.50 + VAT per head
A gluten free wholemeal roll with gluten free sausage roll mini chicken satay and gluten free cake.
Vegan Platter - £8.50 +VAT per head
Vegan-friendly granary bread served sandwich with mini Indian selection and a pot of fresh fruit.
Breakfast baps - £4.50 +VAT per head
5” bacon or vegetarian sausage
Quiche and salad box - £6.00 +VAT per head
Slice of quiche with salad
Extras
Selection of cake / Fresh fruit bowl / Fruit Juices: £2.20 + VAT per head.
