We are seeking an organised and driven Business Manager for Worcestershire Wildlife Consultancy, the ecological consultancy company of Worcestershire Wildlife Trust.

The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating the work of the ecological consultancy team alongside developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

The work of the ecological consultancy team plays a vital role in delivering our vision of a wilder Worcestershire where there is more nature everywhere for everyone.  The post-holder will, therefore, play a key role in delivering the Trust’s three strategic goals set out in our strategy to 2030, which are:

  • Nature in recovery: 30% of land for nature by 2030.
  • Action for nature: one in four taking action for nature by 2030.
  • Sustaining our future: more diversity, more funding and carbon zero by 2030.

Worcestershire Wildlife Consultancy has been delivering high quality ecological services to clients in Worcestershire and beyond for over 30 years. Our team provides sound and practical advice across a range of ecological services. We are looking for someone to join the team to help the consultancy to further grow and develop in line with the needs of our clients and best ecological practice.

We are looking for someone with experience of business management and ideally some experience of the work of ecological consultancies. To be successful in this role requires strong planning skills, experience of delivering successful projects and effective communication with key internal and external stakeholders.

Worcestershire Wildlife Consultancy is part of a network of Wildlife Trust Consultancies. As such we can draw on the expertise and experience of 20 other consultancy teams across the UK.

We’re Wild About Inclusion.  To us, this means inspiring, empowering and engaging people from all backgrounds, cultures, identities and abilities, to change the natural world for the better.  It also means cultivating inclusive workspaces that are free from discrimination, where differences are valued, everyone can be themselves and flourish, just like nature.

A full driving licence is essential.
